1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 76pak ("76pak", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 76pak platform available at https://76pak.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality provided therein.

76pak is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform serving adult users, with a primary focus on the Pakistan market. Our content covers sports betting guidance, live casino information, cricket wagering education and responsible gambling resources.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 76pak platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register for and use the 76pak Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you. 76pak is strictly an adults-only platform. Being of legal age alone does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan.
• You must be a human individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity, unless explicitly permitted by 76pak in writing.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform or the operator services it references.
• You must not have had a previous account closed by 76pak for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. 76pak reserves the right to verify all registration information.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 76pak reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending bonuses.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 76pak immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals or in other specified circumstances, 76pak may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and in some cases a selfie for identity confirmation. Failure to complete KYC within a specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the 76pak Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use content on the Platform solely for its intended educational and informational purpose. Any commercial exploitation of Platform content requires prior written consent from 76pak.

5.2 Platform Availability

76pak endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 76pak shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.

5.3 Technical Requirements

Access to the Platform requires a compatible internet-connected device and browser. 76pak is optimised for mobile devices commonly used across Pakistan, including mid-range Android handsets on 4G networks. 76pak is not responsible for any limitations imposed by your device or internet service provider.

5.4 Jurisdictional Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements in your jurisdiction. 76pak provides no warranty as to the legality of Platform access in any specific territory, including Pakistan.

6 Deposits & Payments

The following conditions apply to all deposit and payment transactions conducted through the Platform:

6.1 Available Deposit Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other providers are for general contextual familiarity only. These providers do not endorse, support or are affiliated with 76pak or any gambling service.

6.2 Currency

The Platform references deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual currency handling, conversion rates and associated fees are determined by the operator's cashier systems. 76pak makes no representation as to the final PKR amounts credited or debited.

6.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits as part of responsible gambling practice. Limits may be adjusted subject to operator policy.

6.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is identified, 76pak reserves the right to void the deposit and any associated activity and close the relevant Account.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All KYC verification requirements must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the name on the registered Account.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fully met prior to withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times are determined by the operator and the applicable payment method. No specific processing time is guaranteed by 76pak.
• 76pak reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal in order to comply with fraud prevention and anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to methods from which a prior deposit was made, or to methods verified as belonging to the Account holder.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, promotions and incentive offers made available through 76pak are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms disclosed at the point of the individual offer:

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus figures referenced on the Platform are illustrative unless explicitly confirmed as current by the operator.
• Each bonus offer has its own specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. These terms are disclosed at the point of promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new users only, one per household, one per IP address and one per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 76pak reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount a User must wager using eligible bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 150,000 must be wagered). Requirements and eligible games vary per offer and are stated in individual bonus terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse bonus offers — including through arbitrage betting, coordinated play, or the use of multiple accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 76pak reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

9 Responsible Gambling

76pak is firmly committed to responsible gambling. The following tools and policies are in place to support safer play for all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Once set, limits may be lowered immediately but may require a cooling-off period before being raised.
• Loss Limits: A cap on net gambling losses within a defined period may be configured in account settings.
• Time Limits: Users may set session time limits to restrict the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the specified period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent gambling may be configured in account settings.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 76pak Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, termination and potential legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if under the minimum eligible age or from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing other users or Platform staff.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, copying or redistributing Platform content without prior written consent.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for individuals who are self-excluded or otherwise ineligible.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 76pak Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, software, game content, data compilations and educational materials — is the property of 76pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you the right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 76pak.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 76pak, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, sports results or game decisions.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, account information or transaction records resulting from causes outside 76pak's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness or suitability of information provided on the Platform for any specific purpose.
• Third-party website content linked from or otherwise referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13 Suspension & Termination

76pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding a period specified in the operator's policy.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligation to do so.
• Operator discretion, including commercial, legal or operational decisions.

Upon account termination for cause, 76pak reserves the right to void pending bonuses and withhold funds where there is reasonable evidence of misconduct or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, genuine real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable verification and bonus conditions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 76pak is incorporated or registered as an operator. Users are advised to obtain independent legal advice regarding the applicability of these Terms in their specific jurisdiction.

76pak does not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where such content is unlawful is at the User's own risk.

15 Amendments to These Terms

76pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 76pak may provide additional notice through the Platform or via registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
